Jeff brings more than 30 years of business, commercial and technical experience to Gain. During his career he was a senior member of a number of professional management teams, having three successful M&A’s. Prior to this he was a senior manager at the time of the Cyrix IPO which fundamentally launched his sale and marketing career.

Jeff has lived and worked in Asia (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Japan), Europe (UK, Ireland, France and Spain) and North America, having a comprehensive understanding of the business culture within each region as well as cross region business tracking and development.

Jeff earned an HND at Electromechanical Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic, UK.

Scott brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and executive management positions across a range of businesses including components, optical devices, and instrumentation systems. This spans multiple start-ups and SMEs, to large corporations such as Alcatel. As co-founder of Pyreos Ltd, he was involved in realizing over USD$30M of investment and bringing M&A opportunities to the business.

Scott has extensive outsourced manufacturing experience and works with suppliers in the US, Europe, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and South Korea and also has a strong technical background to support all aspects of business development.

Scott has a Ph.D. in Physics and BSc in Optoelectronics and Laser Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK.

Dan bring more than 40 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience to Gain.Dan begin his sales career at Intel after working in design and applications engineering at several companies.  At Intel he twice won Intel’s highest award for achievement.  He has served in a management roles at 7 startups with four IPO’s and two acquisitions.  He has also served on the boards of Reddwerks (acquired by Dematic) and Cymbet.

Dan’s background includes optical and MIR sensors, IR proximity, microprocessors, UWB/BT, GPS, supercapacitors (battery power subsystems), digital power amplifiers, and RF.

Dan gained a BSEE from NC State University with High Honors and a MSEE from the University of Virginia.
